Merry Christmas from CW Wildlife Rescue!
So, this is Christmas and what have you done? asked John Lennon. Well John let me tell you what we at CWWR have done!!
We have been at the amazing Stockers Farm now for just over a year and the rescue has grown beyond all recognition. We have become a part of a community of wonderful people that love their wildlife and that also seem to love the rescue. To say that we were meant to come here is an understatement!!!!!
Now that we have reached the ‘quiet’ period of our year, we have only got 53 hedgehogs to overwinter plus owls, pigeons, ducks, jay, woodpecker etc – all guests for winter.
This way of life is time consuming but rewarding and satisfying and we will be spending all of the holidays here working with the wildlife.
Like everyone, we are praying that Coronavirus is under control next year and we can all get back to a normal way of life.
So, I would like to wish you all a peaceful, happy and above all, a healthy Christmas.
From us all at CW Wildlife Rescue
